Each piece is individual. We can therefore guarantee its authenticity and originality. All products are quality checked prior to being shipped, they are then rechecked upon unpacking at our warehouse. Our products are made of natural materials.
We only purchase our wood from controlled plantations. We guarantee our outdoor furniture against splitting and warping for a period of 3 years, should this occur we will replace that particular product. Note that hairline cracks do not constitute splitting, these hairline cracks might appear due to climatic changes of the season and will disappear again .We do not guarantee our product against damages that occur when the product is not being used for its intended purpose.
